Victoria focuses her practice on products liability and toxic tort litigation with an emphasis on brief writing, legal research, and appellate advocacy. She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts in addition to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University in 2019. Victoria received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Victoria earned the Law Excellence Award for achieving the highest grade in the Children’s Rights Clinic and served as a Rule XX Student Practitioner with the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice.

Prior to entering private practice, Victoria served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tiffany Gautier Chase at the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. During her tenure, she researched and drafted opinions, writ dispositions, appellate memoranda, and orders involving a broad range of legal issues, including toxic tort litigation, medical malpractice, constitutional law, personal injury, and complex civil procedure issues. Before joining Kuchler, Polk and Weiner, Victoria gained experience focusing on insurance defense, transportation, and premises liability matters.

Victoria brings a strong appellate and analytical perspective to her litigation practice. Her experience evaluating complex legal issues at the appellate level has strengthened her legal writing, strategic analysis, and motion practice skills, allowing her to effectively develop and advocate positions for clients both at the trial and appellate stages of litigation. She has experience drafting dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, writ applications, and appellate briefs, and she approaches litigation with a detail-oriented and goal-focused mindset.

In her free time, Victoria enjoys baking, traveling, and reading. She currently resides in Metairie, Louisiana with her husband and their three pets.
