Lynette practices primarily in the areas of environmental and energy litigation.
Lynette obtained her B.A. from Louisiana State University, where she studied Business Administration and Communications. She earned a J.D. and Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015. While at LSU Law, she was named a Chancellor’s Scholar and participated in the Public Interest Law Society. Prior to joining Kuchler Polk Weiner, Lynette gained significant experience working as a defense litigator for a small New Orleans law firm, focusing her practice on maritime law, trucking and transportation defense, insurance coverage, and construction defect liability.
Lynette is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
Away from the office, Lynette enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid Saints fan and loves calling New Orleans home.
