On September 26, 2019, Ford Motor Company’s Legal Alliance for Women (LAW) hosted the Second Annual Global Day of Service, which focuses on servicing organizations that support the well-being of women and girls. LAW’s Global Day of Service is a component of Ford Global Caring Month, a signature worldwide event of the Ford Volunteer Corps during the month of September. As part of Ford’s Global Day of Service, Associate Kennard Davis served dinner to approximately 85 residents of the Covenant House New Orleans, a shelter for homeless, trafficked, and at-risk youth that provides food, shelter, medical care, clothing, counseling, assistance programs, vocational training, and educational assistance to help the youth rebuild their lives.
