Kennard is an Associate in the New Orleans office of Kuchler Polk Weiner, LLC. His primary practice area is premises and products liability law, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation.
Kennard received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2018. During law school, Kennard was a member of the Moot Court and the Maritime Law Journal. He also served as a pro tempore law clerk for Judge Kern Reese of Orleans Parish Civil District Court and as an extern for Senior Judge Ivan L. R. Lemelle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Edward A. Lombard of Louisiana’s Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, and Judge Regina Bartholomew-Woods of Orleans Parish Civil District Court. During the summer following his second year of law school, Kennard studied Comparative Maritime Law in Spetses, Greece. After graduation, he returned to clerk for Judge Kern Reese.
Kennard is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
In his leisure time, Kennard enjoys festivals, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and attending Saints and Pelicans games.
