Ingrid Kemp Laurendine

Ingrid is Senior Counsel with Kuchler Polk Weiner, LLC. In 2006, she graduated in the top three percent of her class at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, as a William L. Crowe, Sr., Scholar. At Loyola, she was a Member and Casenote/Comment Editor of the Loyola Law Review and earned a number of Law Excellence awards. Prior to law school, Ingrid completed her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude in 2000, and earned a Master of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of German, Nordic, and Slavic Languages.

Ingrid’s practice has focused on complex, multi-party litigation, including environmental law and toxic tort litigation, class actions/mass tort actions, insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil defense. Her practice has also involved significant appellate experience. Ingrid is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in New York and is admitted to practice in all Louisiana and New York state courts, as well as to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.



  • Ingrid was selected for inclusion on the 2013 – 2016 Louisiana Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list. Lawyers are asked to nominate the best attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for ten years or less. The survey results are analyzed along with other evaluation criteria. The lawyers are ranked by point totals and those with the highest point totals are named to the Rising Stars list, with no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in Louisiana named to the list annually.
