Kuchler Polk Weiner awarded Top Workplace 2018

Kuchler Polk Weiner, LLC has been recognized by NOLA.com and The Times Picayune as one of New Orleans’ 50 best employers for 2018, placing fourth in the Small Companies Category. The Top Workplaces honor is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, training, benefits, execution, and connection.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, the independent data processing company that conducted the survey. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.” Claffey added, “Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy. It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”

A 2018 Top Workplaces publication will be included in the Sunday, May 27th edition of The Times Picayune.

A group of KPW attorneys and staff attended the awards ceremony on Thursday, May 24th at the New Orleans Convention Center Great Hall where founding partner Deb Kuchler accepted the award on the firm’s behalf.
