Adriana’s practice is focused on complex litigation matters including toxic tort litigation, product liability, and class actions. Prior to her legal career, Adriana worked in the Epidemiology Department at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center participating in multiple large-scale research studies investigating trends in lifestyle, chemical exposure, and genetics in order to assist research efforts for targeted therapies and prevention of various forms of leukemia. Her scientific background coupled with her legal knowledge provides a unique and effective representation of her clients.

Adriana has served as national coordinating counsel for a major chemical manufacturer on its benzene litigation docket for the past 11 years. She has significant experience with large-scale discovery and e-discovery—from locating and processing data to managing document review teams. Adriana has extensive experience with written discovery, fact and expert witness preparation, trial preparation and strategy, and mediation.

As part of an appellate team, Adriana obtained a complete reversal and rendering of a take-nothing judgment in favor of her client.
